Our delivery models are increasingly evolving into models of configuration rather than customisation that will shorten average implementation times significantly. Packaging of services with the product has enabled us to put truly scalable solutions onto lower cost platforms.
The bulk of delivery is using both rules and tools which should lower total cost of ownership of our solutions as a result, giving us a competitive edge. The flexibility of the system means having a single solution that can evolve to support additional products or lines of business on a single technology platform, with far less integration problems than in the past.
Each solution consists of Exergy (the core software product), a configuration tool set and a service model.
- Express: A pre-configured solution, that can quickly and easily be deployed for the client, thereby limiting implementation, project, enhancement, consulting and support costs;
- Evolution: Custom system configuration options start increasing. Clients are presented with more self-help tools and custom consulting and support options become available; and
- Autonomy: A flexible, configurable model for customers seeking a completely customised offering and enabling them to become self-sufficient should this be required.
